The challenge

Coordinate multiple stakeholders, suppliers and logistical requirements across international events while working within defined procurement procedures, approval workflows and tight deadlines.

• Reviewed event briefs and operational requirements.
• Coordinated with project stakeholders, participants, experts and external service providers.
• Researched suppliers and managed requests for quotations.
• Compared supplier options according to operational requirements, cost and suitability.
• Coordinated international travel, accommodation and local transportation.
• Supported venue, catering, interpretation and other event logistics when required.
• Managed event information, documentation and workflow updates through TMS.
• Followed approvals, confirmations, deadlines and changing operational requirements through delivery.
