Challenge
Project information usually arrives scattered across briefs, emails and meeting notes, which makes manual analysis and reporting slow.
My role
I designed and built the assistant end to end: the workflow logic, the information structure and the way results are presented.
What I did
- Designed the AI workflow that reads project briefs, emails and meeting notes.
- Structured the outputs: tasks, priorities, deadlines, stakeholders and dependencies.
- Added detection of risks and missing information.
- Defined a Project Health Score with recommended actions.
- Built and shipped the working interactive demo.
